Colombia: Santander, Finca Santa Maria, Tabi Natural - Filter Roast

$24.00

Finca Santa Maria, one of nine farms within Hacienda Cafetera La Pradera in Santander, Colombia, is managed by 22 women heads of households. The farm aligns with La Pradera's mission of strengthening the local coffee community and maintaining environmental harmony. Certified with the Con Manos de Mujer seal, Finca Santa Maria’s coffee is produced entirely by women, who handle all aspects of coffee production.

This lot of Tabi coffee is naturally processed. Only ripe cherries with a sugar content greater than 18 degrees Brix are harvested, sorted and then fermented anaerobically for 100 hours before a 30-day drying period. Located in a region with rich agricultural history, Santander’s diverse landscape and natural resources make it ideal for coffee farming.
